Who We Are
Navigation to Survivorship Network (N2SN) is a nonprofit focused on connecting those diagnosed with cancer to the resources that assist with survivorship. We have been serving the Indiana Cancer Community for over 9 years.
Our vision is to create a world where there are no barriers to receive resources to navigate and survive a cancer diagnosis.
Our mission is to instill confidence in those battling, celebrate those who have overcome, and honor those we have lost in the Indiana Cancer Community.
Tom lost his father to cancer over 30 years ago, and still clearly remembers those helpless feelings in dealing with this ugly disease. Through Navigation to Survivorship Network he can combine his love of cycling with his desire to support cancer navigation and survivorship programs so that others don’t have to manage their cancer journey alone. Supporting this mission for the past 8 years, he is ecstatic to be surrounded by such an energetic and dedicated N2SN Board of Directors. Tom is a Sr. Product Manager in the Innovation Lab at Delta Faucet Company.

Nick has been with Delta Faucet Company for 14+ years serving several roles, currently as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer. His strengths in problem-solving and team-based project execution lead him to be an excellent communicator and always “focusing on the customer”. After seeing how difficult it was for his father to navigate his cancer diagnosis and treatment, he has had a great passion for the Navigation to Survivorship mission. Nick believes that no cancer patient should feel alone in their journey to Survivorship.
