OUR EXECUTIVE TEAM
Tom Gospel: Chair
Tom lost his father to cancer over 30 years ago, and still clearly remembers those helpless feelings in dealing with this ugly disease. Through Navigation to Survivorship Network (N2SN) he can combine his love of cycling with his desire to support cancer navigation and survivorship programs so that others don’t have to manage their cancer journey alone. Supporting this mission for the past 8 years, he is ecstatic to be surrounded by such an energetic and dedicated N2SN Board of Directors. Tom is Sr. Product Manager in the Innovation Lab at Delta Faucet Company.
Alyssa Hayes: Vice-Chair- Chair-Elect
Alyssa has been involved with Navigation to Survivorship Network (N2SN) for several years, first as a participant, to an Indianapolis Board Manager, and now as a Director on the N2SN Board. She enjoys giving back and seeing the impacts of our organization’s efforts in our local community. As a Butler graduate, she has helped make connections within the university. Alyssa is a Program Manager at Heritage Interactive Services.
Nanci Bonfield: Vice-Chair - Operations
Nanci supports and values the mission and vision of Navigation to Survivorship Network (N2SN) and is honored to have transitioned to the Board of Directors. She has had a lot of people in her life affected by cancer and strives to improve the quality of life for Cancer Survivors through Cancer Survivorship and Navigation. Her passion and experience with nonprofit and patient care for the past 15 plus years offers guidance and knowledge moving forward for the Board of Navigation to Survivorship Network.
Nick Fasbinder: Treasurer
Nick has been with Delta Faucet Company for 14+ years serving several roles, currently as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer. His strengths in problem-solving and team-based project execution lead him to be an excellent communicator and always “focusing on the customer”. After seeing how difficult it was for his father to navigate his cancer diagnosis and treatment, he has had a great passion for the Navigation to Survivorship mission. Nick believes that no cancer patient should feel alone in their journey to Survivorship.
Paula Warner: Secretary
Paula is celebrating four years in support of the mission of Navigation to Survivorship Network (N2SN). She is a proud first-year member of the Board of Managers and marketing committee co-lead. With 30+ years at Delta Faucet Company, Paula brings a wealth of expertise in brand marketing, communications, and PR to N2SN. An avid walker, rider, and wellness practitioner, Paula is a 3+ year survivor of stage one breast cancer and understands, first-hand, the importance of serving cancer navigation programs in our community.
